Abstract
The relationship between microspore growth stage and different seedtime was studied,through observing the bud of different seedtime and the same seedtime by fluoroscope,the result showed that the bud of different seedtime had different development stage in the same size,the bud of later planting at the late stage with mono-nucleolus and early stage with twi-nucleolus was bigger than the bud of early planting.The fig of bud model showed that the size of bud at the late stage with mono-nucleolus and early stage with twi-nucleolus were 2.0-4.0 mm.The result indicated that during microspore free training,should according to the actual condition of microspore development to take rapunzel.
