Abstract
Les solutions des vieux problèmes de la banqueroute, de l’arbitrage des droits et de la dispute sur le vêtement ont été données dans le Talmud sans aucune justification. Un article publié dans la revue Synthese (Guiasu 2011) a montré que ces solutions peuvent être obtenues en utilisant la valeur de Shapley de la théorie des jeux avec n partenaires si les fonctions caractéristiques des jeux qui correspondent aux trois problèmes mentionnés dépendent essentiellement du contexte respectif. Trois ans plus tard, une critique de l’article publié en Synthese a été publiée sur l’internet (De Mesnard 2014). On trouvera ici la réponse à cette critique.
