Abstract
Ce texte s'interesse a l'institutionnalisation du champ d'etudes de l'administration de l'education au Quebec, surtout entre la fin des annees 1960 et les annees 1980. Trois dimensions sont examinees : l'integration du champ au sein des structures du systeme d'education ; les programmes de formation professionnelle ; la production des connaissances. Durant cette periode, l'administration de l'education a ete concue comme une pratique sociale regie par la norme d'efficacite.
