Abstract
Résumé R. Labonte rappelle dans son texte le visage possible d’une mondialisation « village planétaire » plutôt que grand « marché mondial ». Il passe en revue les différents accords spécifiques de l’OMC qui lient mondialisation et santé en soulevant les éléments inégalitaires de ces accords par rapport à l’accès aux soins et à la santé pour tous. Il liste ensuite les choix politiques possibles pour adapter le fonctionnement de l’OMC aux moyens des pays les plus pauvres et élaborer des règles permettant à tous un accès à la santé et une place dans le processus de décision.
