Abstract
Losev M.V. THE ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN FORESTRY IN GERMANY. Germany the developed country second after Canada in the world in which the public property on wood lands prevails. Even in the western part of Germany the share of the public woods makes 54 %. Thus the state woods almost entirely are in a property of lands. In a federal property practically there are only wood lands used for the military purposes. Differentiation of functions of public administration by the woods and production functions in Germany is carried out at level of Federation and its subjects (the ground Ministries rural and forestry). At this level of management implementation of the main function of public administration by the woods in market conditions supervision of observance of the wood legislation is provided.
