Abstract
On the basis of the spent field observations of balconies in apartment houses in Pridneprovsk district of Dnepropetrovsk, has been made the estimation of technical state of reinforced concrete constraction. The statistical analysis on conformity of elements construction of different types of balconies to categories of a technical condition testifies, that the quarter of constructions is in an unsuitable condition for normal operation. Forecasting of reserve maintenance periods of repairing is a necessary condition for a long term of exploitation of buildings and constructions. Recommendations about repairing of reinforced concrete constractions was made.
