Le développement d’une perspective féministe intersectionnelle constitue la dernière réponse en date aux enjeux théoriques et politiques posés par l’existence des différences entre les femmes. Cet article s’interroge sur la façon dont les organisations féministes « font l’intersectionnalité », c’est-à-dire traduisent cette perspective théorique dans leur pratique politique. À partir de l’étude de l’association Action des femmes handicapées (Montréal), il vient documenter des usages politiques de l’intersectionnalité qui font appel à l’articulation du genre avec un axe de la domination qui demeure sous-représenté dans les études se réclamant des perspectives intersectionnelles : le capacitisme. L’article s’attache à cerner les éléments centraux de la politique féministe intersectionnelle déployée par cette association et de sa réception par les majoritaires « valides » du mouvement féministe québécois. Il soutient de plus que la pratique politique de l’intersectionnalité varie aujourd’hui selon que celle-ci est mise en œuvre par les « minoritaires » ou les « majoritaires » dans le mouvement féministe.
