L'Equipe de recherche et d'intervention transculturelle (ERIT) offre des programmes d'expression creatrice aux ecoles montrealaises desservant une population d'eleves provenant de diverses origines ethniques. L'ERIT a instaure un processus de transfert pour trois de ses programmes afin d'augmenter le nombre d'eleves pouvant en beneficier. La presente etude fait part des resultats qualitatifs de ce processus de transfert aux enseignants et intervenants specialises de trois ecoles primaires et de deux ecoles secondaires. L'etude montre que les equipes scolaires ont la possibilite d'integrer ces programmes d'expression creatrice a leur programme. Cependant, le processus de transfert demande une formation et un accompagnement de la part de l'ERIT, ainsi qu'un soutien formel de la part du systeme scolaire.
