Abstract
La paroisse est une personne publique juridique etablie a iure. Le cannn 117 traite des personnes juridiques. Bien que les canonistes expriment diverses opinions sur le fait qu'une personne juridique etablie a iure est requise, ou non, d'avoir ses propres statuts approuves avant d'etre erigee, il existe de multiples avantages pour une paroisse d'avoir ses propres statuts. Les documents d'etat civil qui regissent les paroisses correspondraient a des lois canoniques, de sorte que ces normes determinant le fonctionnement de la paroisse seraient operationnelles tant au niveau civil qu'au niveau ecclesiastique. Cette etude propose des statuts canoniques d'une paroisse qui devront necessairement etre adaptes au contexte local afin de mieux refleter les particularites de chaque paroisse.
