Abstract
Most nurses working outside the NHS feel very positive about their work and believe they give good care, according to research commissioned by the UKCC. Almost 90 per cent of nurses in dual-registered, nursing and residential care homes who responded to the survey rated the quality of care they provide in their current posts as being very good or fairly good. Only 2 per cent rated their care as poor.
