Abstract
The purpose of this case report is to highlight the issues of treating a complex maxillary and mandibular fixed, implant-supported reconstruction. It discusses the use of established evidence-based information along with recently developed supporting digital technologies for diagnostics and laboratory procedures, combined with high-strength zirconia ceramic and acrylic materials (polymethyl methacrylate) for provisionals and prototypes. These developments have created an accurate and precise workflow to provide reliable long-term performance and esthetic outcomes without the associated prevalence of damage and wear with previously used restorative materials.
