Abstract
L’école participe au maintien du système catégoriel asymétrique de sexe. Les élèves y sont, avant tout des filles et des garçons. Cet article s’intéresse aux différences entre les sexes en Éducation Physique et Sportive (EPS), et plus particulièrement aux interactions entre le personnel enseignant et les élèves. Il comporte deux études. La première étude, réalisée à partir d’observations vidéo, vise à vérifier si les garçons sont favorisés dans ces interactions comme ceci a été démontré dans des études antérieures. Dans la seconde étude, un questionnaire permet de relever le degré de satisfaction des élèves au niveau du soutien du personnel enseignant. Objectivement, les interactions favorisent les garçons, mais subjectivement les filles ne le perçoivent pas comme tel. Ceci pose le problème de l’intériorisation des stéréotypes de sexe.
