Abstract

Transient right ventricular hypoperfusion during thallium-dipyridamole imaging is considered pathognomonic of a significant stenosis of the proximal right coronary artery. In this report, we describe a patient with primary pulmonary hypertension, reversible hypoperfusion of a hypertrophied and dilated right ventricle during thallium-dipyridamole imaging and a normal right coronary artery.
