Abstract
Annette C. Watson, RN-BC, CCM, MBA, is a past chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers, and was the chair of the Program and Services Committee at the time the 2014–15 Role and Function Study and analysis were conducted. A national expert and thought leader in case management and health and human services delivery systems transformation and new models of care, she is President of Watson International Consulting, LLC.
