Abstract
Ce rapport jette un eclairage sur l'evaluation du rendement de la formation au sein des entreprises dans le cadre d'un rapport de recherche ayant pour titre : « Evaluation du rendement de la formation au sein des entreprises : une comparaison Quebec et Ontario». En plus de traiter specifiquement de l'evaluation du rendement de la formation dans les entreprises quebecoises et ontariennes, le document presente egalement un portrait des systemes nationaux de formation aux Etats-Unis et en Europe. Parmi les resultats interessants de cette etude, mentionnons l'impact differe de la formation sur la productivite des entreprises au Quebec. On y apprend que « les investissements en formation prennent de la force avec le temps pour culminer apres trois annees ». - Tire de COMPAS.
