Abstract
Comment connaître et diffuser le degré de satisfaction de nos utilisateurs auprès des décideurs ? Faut-il être un communicateur hors pair pour rejoindre nos usagers et parer au couperet budgétaire ? Cela nous semble essentiel! Non seulement nous devons communiquer l’information nécessaire à nos utilisateurs, mais nous devons aussi les placer en situation de conseillers pour les impliquer davantage dans le processus décisionnel. L’auteure propose un comité consultatif comme moyen pour mieux connaître les besoins et la satisfaction des usagers. Quant à l’utilisation des services, elle est proportionnelle à la diffusion qui en est faite. D’où l’importance du rôle de communicateur que doit développer le responsable de la bibliothèque.
