Abstract
In article the organization and realization of training of officials and workers of the bodies exercising administration by civil defense and RSCHS is considered, process of filling and preservation of knowledge of skills is analysed during training and performance of duties, and also necessity of carrying out of current preparation of this group of the population for volume of 24 hours per year, with periodicity of 1 times in a quarter with a view of maintenance of demanded level of their knowledge, skills for qualitative performance of functional duties in the field of civil defense and protection against emergency situations is proved.
