Abstract
This research to analyze The Community response to the development potential of rural tourism in the hamlet shaved edelwys Posdaya Palbapang village of Bantul regency of Bantul district of Yogyakarta Special Region. Sampling method used is census with 30 sampel. Testing of Hypothesis uses simple regression analysis. The conclution of this research is community response are positively influence the development of Posdaya Edelwys village tourism. With the community will result in the development potential of Posdaya Edelwys village tourism into the better. Keywords: community response, development, village tourism
