Cet article tente un aperçu sur la formation des enseignants de l’éducation formelle et des formateurs des réseaux de l’éducation informelle en Grèce depuis les années 1980. D’abord, l’article présente les aspects essentiels des systèmes de formation des enseignants de tous les niveaux et contextes. Ensuite, l’article critique l’évolution du système de formation des différents niveaux d’éducation, les contradictions et les avantages de divers dispositifs et les perspectives d'avenir. Enfin, une attention particulière est portée sur les aspects de la formation pratique des enseignants qui revêt plusieurs formes selon le niveau d’enseignement (primaire, secondaire, etc.) et l’évolution chronologique.
