Abstract
Les télécommunications sont appelées à jouer un rôle de plus en plus important dans les bibliothèques, étant maintenant associées à l’information et bientôt à la bureautique et à l’édition électronique. Elles deviendront une ressource qu’il faudra gérer avec compétence. Une formation particulière sera nécessaire. Les occasions de formation et d’information sont identifiées et des initiatives sont proposées.
