Abstract
The paper deals with the relation of legal regimes within integration unions and communities in terms of their compliance with WTO requirements on financial capacity markets. EAEC Treaty on the Treaty on the free trade area of the CIS, CIS financial policy aimed at developing a coherent line on the use of general financial resources and services, the development of common commodity and financial markets of certain products, development of cooperation in the field of investment, including the formation of a network of international corridors in the CIS, improving tariff policy and eliminate the influence of national fiscal and administrative barriers to international operations with national currencies and others. Severamerikanskaya Free Trade Area (NAFTA), which includes the US, Mexico, Canada and other associated states of the region, has specificity of regulation «compromise» between the requirements of the WTO and NAFTA in terms of financial services.
