Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Welcome to yet another rich and interesting issue of Comparative and International Education / Education Comparée et Internationale for your reading pleasure, during the forthcoming warm summer months! As you start turning the 'virtual' pages of our journal, you will notice that once again we have an article in French, along with four articles in English and two book reviews. Our continuous commitment to include one French article in each issue has resulted in more French submissions for research-based articles, book reviews and a request for a special issue. What this means is that we will need to reach out to some of our French-speaking readers and authors, who have expertise in topics related to comparative and international education, to review our French submissions as part of our double-blind peer review process. We are counting on your support! The common themes across all the articles in this issue range from internationalization of higher education and North-South partnerships, to debates about religion, acculturation and culture. This diversity in perspectives and languages is a testament to the true international nature of our journal and a wonderful reflection of our Canadian values of bilingualism and multiculturalism

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
