L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser les écarts salariaux de genre au Cameroun. Plus précisément, il s’agit d’apprécier les principaux aspects de la discrimination de genre sur le fonctionnement du marché du travail au Cameroun. Partant des théories des écarts salariaux et d’une analyse descriptive, nous parcourons les facteurs qui déterminent les salaires des individus. Notre approche méthodologique s’achève par l’estimation des modèles sur la base de la troisième enquête camerounaise auprès des ménages.
