Abstract
EDRMS is an indispensable component of any egovernment development because it facilitates the achievement of goals of government being more responsive to citizens, complaint with legal/regulatory requirements and cost-effective for day-today operations. This article reports on a study that examined the role of such a system in facilitating the development of egovernment of a Canadian city and presents conclusions drawn based on the study.
