Abstract
Falar de intervencao social com criancas depois das comunicacoes de dois dos mais talentosos especialistas nacionais nesta area da proteccao das criancas e particularmente dificil, porque ha o risco de repetir ideias, mas e tambem um desafio e uma oportunidade, na medida em que procurarei abordar o tema sob uma perspectiva mais pratica. O exercicio das minhas funcoes caracterizou-se sempre por uma ligacao profunda ao quotidiano da accao, quer na magistratura, quer nas Comissoes Nacionais a que tive a honra de presidir (primeiro na CN dos Direitos da Crianca, depois na CNPCJR), quer agora no Instituto de Apoio a Crianca e, assim, como, necessariamente, foram diversas as nossas experiencias, procurarei nao vos desiludir.
