Ayant reconnu l’importance des documents produits par des établissements et organismes du réseau de la santé, l’auteure explique quels moyens ont été mis en oeuvre pour les consigner dans une banque d’information. L’objectif consiste à les faire connaître, à les rendre accessibles et à maximiser leur utilisation. Grâce à la collaboration d’un groupe de collègues, une banque de données a été créée : « RÉFLEXES » actuellement identifiée à la région de Montréal-Centre, mais qui pourrait s’étendre à l’ensemble des régions.
