Abstract
В статье вводятся в научный оборот материалы исследования уникального погребального памятника ранне-го железного века – кургана № 6 с изваянием из могильника Айбас дарасы 3. С помощью радиоуглеродного метода безынвентарное скорченное погребение датировано в пределах первой четверти VIII – последней трети V в. до н. э. Охарактеризованы признаки сходства айбас-дарасинского изваяния с раннескифскими, выявлены изобразительные соответствия вещественному атрибуту (кинжал) в иконографии изваяний раннего железного века Сарыарки. Обосновано предположение о связи изваяния с погребением (неоднократное нахождение извая-ний в контексте курганов раннего железного века, однонаправленность передней грани изваяния и головы по-гребённого и др.). Произведено сравнение публикуемого памятника с аналогичными памятниками V в. до н. э. южноуральских степей, изваяний Сарыарки и степей Южного Урала. Сделан вывод о том, что появление сары-аркинских изваяний, подобно южноуральским, связано со «скифским» культурным импульсом.
