The Big Horn Regional Joint Powers Board (BHRJPB) is comprised of six municipalities and rural water districts in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. The BHRJPB manages this large regional water system that wholesales water to 15 consecutive public water supplies. Some systems receive total supply, some supplemental supply and some emergency supply per their needs. The cost of this regional system was approximately $44 million.
