Résumé Le fait d’inciter les employés à adopter des attitudes et des comportements entrepreneuriaux apparaît à un nombre croissant d’acteurs économiques comme un remède adéquat à l’inertie, à la rigidité et au manque de créativité et d’innovation des entreprises. Mais comment, en pratique, peut-on encourager ces attitudes et ces comportements ? Notre article propose, après une revue des principaux leviers adoptés par 22 entreprises, une typologie des dispositifs intrapreneuriaux les plus fréquemment utilisés et implantés.
