Abstract
Cette contribution réfléchit à la manière la plus adéquate de résoudre les conflits résultant de la criminalité d’entreprise pour les victimes de cette criminalité. Les moyens dont disposent aujourd’hui les victimes en Europe pour résoudre la victimisation résultant de la criminalité d’entreprise sont étudiés. Ces opportunités ne semblent pas apporter de réponse satisfaisante en raison des caractéristiques propres à cette victimisation particulière. C’est pourquoi il semble important de favoriser des mécanismes réparateurs, ce qui oblige les acteurs prenant part au conflit de revenir aux fondements de celui-ci et aux attentes de toutes les parties, de favoriser la reconnaissance de la culpabilité et de négocier la résolution du conflit avec comme objectif premier de réparer le tort causé et de concilier les parties.
