Abstract
Les marchés de travaux, dans l'Union européenne, sont régis essentiellement par deux directives dont la version en vigueur date de 2014. Leur objectif est d'organiser une concurrence équitable entre les entreprises de tous les États membres afin de leur permettre un égal accès aux marchés publics des 28 États membres de l'Union européenne. Le but de l'article est d'offrir aux lecteurs une approche du contexte juridique dans lequel s'inscrivent ces préoccupations qui sont en conformité avec les exigences des Traités européens.
