Abstract
长城国际卡是中行在2000年推出的以美元和港币为结算货币的国际贷记卡，也是国内商业银行首批发行的外汇卡，是中行在银行卡业务领域的拳头产品和特色产品。目前国内的信用卡市场已进入了高速发展和激烈竞争的阶段，各家商业银行都纷纷开拓和发展国际卡业务。在这种环境下，中行更应该总结经验、有所突破，以保持原有优势，促进业务发展。
