Abstract
The paper tries to highlight some of the learning processes at work among the stakeholders of the wind energy development in Quebec. It shows that those processes, whose aim is the social acceptability of the windfarms plans, are going fast and involve numerous private and public actors; they impact as much on the way of thinking the situations than on the way of acting, thus putting a real challenge of governance. / L'article tente de mettre en lumière quelques uns des apprentissages en cours chez les acteurs du développement de la filière énergétique éolienne au Québec. Il montre que ces apprentissages, qui visent "l'acceptabilité sociale" des projets éoliens, se font de manière accélérée et en impliquant de nombreux acteurs, publics et privés; ils influent autant sur la façon de voir les situations que sur la façon d'agir, posant ainsi un véritable défi de gouvernance.
