Abstract
La «ausencia» de herejes en la Chanson de la Croisade. Entre los relatos concernientes a la Cruzada Albigense, la Chanson de la Croisade se distingue del resto por el silencio con el que parece tratar a los herejes, cuya presencia en Occitania es sin embargo la que ha provocado la guerra. Pero este silencio es engañoso, porque los autores del poema imaginan a los herejes como masas anónimas y viles que merecen la destrucción que les golpea. De hecho, no consideran a personajes reconocibles y nobles (como Aimery de Montréal, Giraude de Lavaur o Raymond Roger de Foix) como herejes, pese a su implicación en la heterodoxia. En consecuencia, los consideran más bien con simpatía. En esta obra, la herejía aparece como una categoría social más que como una categoría religiosa.
