Après avoir défini le concept de formation documentaire et ses rapports avec la formation universitaire, nous verrons la nécessité de cette formation à la lumière d’études ou d’expériences nord-américaines. Enfin, nous nous interrogerons sur le contenu d’une telle formation en milieu universitaire, sur la collaboration du corps enseignant et sur les ressources qu’elle requiert.
