Abstract
Domoic acid (DA) was rst recognized as the causative toxin of the amnesic shell sh poisoning (ASP) accident that occurred in Canada in 1987.1 Before this accident, DA had been recognized only as an insecticidal compound extracted from red alga, Chondria armata.2 Its derivatives, isodomoic acids A, B and C3 domoilactone A and B4, and isodomoic acids G and H5 have also been isolated from C. armata. However, the whole original ASP toxin pro le has not been elucidated. After the Canadian ASP accident, the primary source of the toxin was traced to a pennate diatom Pseudonitzschia multiseries.6 During the study, small amounts of isodomoic acids D, E, F, and 5′-epi-DA have been con rmed in P. multiseries and in shell sh that accumulated toxins from the diatom.7 Structures of some of the toxins are shown in Figure 19.1.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
