Abstract
Le bénévolat est devenu un véritable phénomène de société qui touche une frange de plus en plus large de la population, mais la bonne volonté et l\'enthousiasme ne suffisent plus face à un environnement qui est devenu complexe. Cet ouvrage explique et accompagne toutes les étapes du développement d\'un projet bénévole : créer et développer une association, organiser son temps, financer son projet, recruter et sélectionner des bénévoles, former, valoriser une expérience bénévole, collaborer et gérer les conflits, construire et animer un réseau, monter un projet, évaluer et mesurer une action, communiquer, motiver. Son cadre de référence est celui de la France et des pays francophones (Belgique, Canada, Luxembourg et Suisse). Il intègre aussi une perspective européenne avec les résultats de projets pilotes Leonardo da Vinci (éduquer et former tout au long de la vie), de programmes d\'échanges Grundtvig (partenariats éducatifs), ou INTI, ou encore Jeunesse pour l\'Europe. Ce livre s\'adresse particulièrement aux bénévoles et salariés des associations, aux personnels des administrations centrales, territoriales et des services déconcentrés de l\'État qui travaillent avec les associations, aux élus locaux en charge de la vie associative dans les communes, départements, cantons, communautés, régions, États... et aux enseignants et formateurs qui interviennent dans le champ associatif (gestion, économie, droit) et leurs étudiants stagiaires.
