Abstract
For many decades education systems were focused on accounting for cognitive components of student educational attainment, and summative standardized tests emerged as important ways of measuring academic outcomes. The evolving 21st century societal and associated education systems are distinguished by increased complexity and dynamism of all their major elements, including intertwined multi-cultural and demographic realms, family structures and ever changing domestic and world economies, which consistently confront society and education with evolving demands and challenges. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
