Abstract
The main aim of this paper is twofold. One is the construction and analysis of supersymmetric (bosonic and fermionic) versions of the structural equations for conformally parametrized surfaces. The other is the investigation of integrability in the sense of soliton theory via a comparison of the symmetries of the system of differential equations and those of the associated linear problem. This paper consists of an overview of the results obtained in two previous works [1, 2].
