Cet article decrit une nouvelle methode de modelisation de l'ionosphere a l'aide de mesures de l'ionosphere ponderees de la porteuse a partir d'un reseau de reference GPS regional, D'apres un modele a grille de l'ionosphere a une seule couche, le contenu electronique total vertical est estime avec des biais satellite-recepteur inter-frequence a l'aide d'un filtre Kalman profile. Avec les donnees d'un reseau GPS operationnel, les resultats numeriques indiquent que le filtre est tres stable et que l'ecart type des estimations de l'ionosphere est de l'ordre du centimetre. Son rendement a de plus ete evalue par une comparsaison avec des cartes de contenu electronique total mondiales obtenues d'une source independante. La methode proposee peut etre mise en oeuvre pour le calcul en temps reel des corrections de l'ionosphere pour soutenir le positionnement et la navigation regionaux de grande precision a l'aide du GPS differentiel.
