Abstract
L’article se base sur une recherche-action et sur une pratique de la formation aux relations interculturelles dans des écoles de Montréal. Il semble en ressortir que la méconnaissance de nos propres déterminations culturelles est plus dommageable que l’ignorance des cultures autres, et que le contexte interculturel offre l’occasion de prendre conscience de ces processus culturels et d’ajuster nos représentations et nos modes d’action : il permet de saisir les dynamiques « contenus-processus-contextes » pour traiter la complexité des situations réelles et instaurer des relations entre « systèmes autonomes », personnes ou institutions.
