Dear Readers: Please note that in the Letter to the Editor titled, “Determinants of Quality of Life in Older Adults After Lower Limb Amputation and Rehabilitation in Skilled Nursing Facilities” by Buijck BI, Zuidema SU, van Eijk MS et al. published in the J Am Geriatr Soc 2012;60:796-798, the author names are listed in the incorrect order. They appear correctly below.
