Le samedi 30 janvier 1904, le quotidien de Montréal La Patrie innove en présentant à ses lecteurs une magnifique bande dessinée relevée d’une couleur turquoise, « Les Aventures de Timothée », signée Albéric Bourgeois. Bourgeois vient de signer ici la toute première bande dessinée d’expression française au monde.
