L'etude de l'influence d'un systeme de nebulisation par desolvation sur les nombreuses interferences polyatomiques associees a l'analyse isotopique de Si + et Fe + (CO + , COH + , NO + , NOH + , O 2 +, ArH + , CO 2 +, ArN + , ArNH + , ArO + , ArOH + , et Ar 2 H + ) fut menee. Un systeme de nebulisation conventionel ainsi que le systeme de nebulisation par desolvation furent compares. L'utilisation du systeme de nebulisation par desolvation ameliore a la fois les limites de detection et l'exactitude des ratios isotopiques pour le Fe et le Si. Une amelioration des limites de detection d'un factor de 160 et 15 pour le fer et le silicium, respectivement, fut observee. Les quantites necessaires pour mesurer avec exactitude les differents ratios isotopiques a l'aide d'un Q-ICP-MS couple au systeme de nebulisation par desolvation de chacun de ces elements dans les echantillons ont ete determinees.
