Уровень мутаций хромосом в лимфоцитах периферической крови детей-подростков из Горной Шории с учетом экологического и этнического факторов

Abstract
The hypothesis about modification of a spontaneous level of chromosomal aberrations (CA) in a small ethnic group has been checked up. CA in 48-hour cultures of a peripheral blood lymphocytes of 132 children-teenagers, living in the same ecological conditions - mountain area in Western Siberia (Gornaya Shoria), has been investigated. Average value of metaphases with CA has made 4,7 ± 0,2 %, that is significantly higher than a background level of this parameter for the given region (the Kemerovo region) - 2,6 ± 0,3 %. The general cohort has been divided into ethnic groups: Shors (N 59), Russian (N 48), metis (N 25). The significant increase in a parameter of metaphases with CA in group of metis - 5,4 ± 0,4 % in comparison with Shors - 4,2 ± 0,4 % (Р = 0,01) has been found. Russian (5,1 ± 0,4 %) and Shors on this parameter did not differ. The reasons of increase in frequency of CA at inhabitants of the given mountain area, and also the reasons of increase background cytogenetic damages at metis in comparison with Shors and Russian are discussed.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
