El Convenio de Montreal, en particular sus arts. 19, 22 y 29, debe interpretarse en el sentido de que un transportista aereo que haya celebrado un contrato de transporte internacional de personas c o n e l empleador de los pasajeros, como es el caso del litigio principal, esta obligado a responder frente a dicho empleador del dano ocasionado por el retraso en los vuelos efectuados por los empleados de este en virtud del expresado contrato y derivado de los gastos adicionales soportados
