[Commercial]).30.The order did not arise automatically under section 362 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, but apparently was a separate order made by Judge Brown under section 105 of the Code.Section 105 authorizes U.S. bankruptcy courts to issue such additional orders as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of the Code.
