Abstract
This article aims build an analytical framework that could allow the comprehension of the formation process of a strategy that incorporates the sustainable development in a particular case: the multinationals enterprises. We have adopted a conception posture and we have developed a research in three phases: theoretical research; interviews with some experts; and case studies. The sustainable development strategies of the two studied Groups are analyzed, and from these three phases we propose an analytical framework for the use of managers, aiming to help them in the conception process of the sustainable development strategies of their Groups.
