Abstract
Luis Armenta Malpica (Ciudad de Mexico, 1961). Fue miembro del Consejo Estatal para la Cultura y las Artes de Jalisco y es director de Mantis Editores. Ha recibido los premios Jalisco en Letras (2008) y de Poesia en el Certamen Internacional de Literatura Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz (2013), entre otros. Por su labor editorial recibio la Pluma de Plata (Patronato de las Fiestas de Octubre) en 2006, y en 2014, el Premio Nichita Stanescu durante el Salon Internacional del Libro de Chisinev (Moldavia). Autor de los poemarios Enves del agua (2012), Papiro de Derveni (2013), Llamenme Ismael (2014), entre otros. Libros y poemas de su autoria han sido traducidos una decena de idiomas. Aparece en antologias de diversos paises, como Le pays sonore. 9 poetes mexicains (Ecrits des Forges/Mantis editores, Quebec, 2008), Versoes acusticas (2014) y Encuentro Internacional de Poesia Paralelo Cero (El Angel Editor, Ecuador, 2015). Autor de varias muestras de poesia, entre ellas, Trece mantis en un jardin germano/Dreizehn Mantis in einem deutschen Garten (Mantis Editores, 2013) y XV Premios de Poesia Maria Luisa Ocampo (Mantis Editores, 2015).
