Le processus d’individualisation du travail dans l’armée de l’Air

Abstract
Cette étude qualitative se propose d’examiner si les nouvelles tendances à la réflexivité, l’individualisation et la multiplication des sphères de vie peuvent également être retrouvées chez les jeunes engagé (e) s de l’armée de l’Air dans l’Est de la France. On constate que les signes d’une individualisation et d’une réarticulation des modes de vie sur une base autoréférentielle et critique semblent déjà opératoires. L’identité de ces jeunes militaires se construit désormais au travers de leur participation à des espaces sociaux multiples, sans qu’il soit possible d’isoler ce qui serait de l’ordre d’un centre de l’expérience. Le cadre fourni par l’armée et de nombreux autres fournis par la vie civile leur semblent nécessaires pour parvenir à réussir leur vie professionnelle et personnelle future.
